Stranger Things Season 2 Did Not Disappoint

Ahhh Stranger Things.

I watched the entire second season in one day. I’m not usually a science fiction fan but this show right here, had me engaged in EVERY SINGLE episode.

Season 2 did not disappoint.

Let me just say…yes I jumped on the Stranger Things bandwagon during season 1 because of the hype and I thought it was pretty good but I wasn’t too amped for season 2. I actually couldn’t really remember what went down the first season.

However, when those new episodes dropped, I was like let me go ahead and watch it… and I’m glad I did.

I thought this season was much more thorough (which was a plus for me) because it dived into various aspects of relationships, more about the Upside down, and I got to know my favorite character, Bob, whose death I am still not over! 😥

Can I just have the love that Mike and Eleven have for each other because they’re so adorable. I mean actually it was so hard to decide who was more adorable…Dustin with his cute curly hair, Lucas not knowing how to speak to Max, or Hopper being so protective of Eleven.

And finally what I was waiting for…for Nancy and Jonathan to stop playing and finally get together for crying out loud! They were fighting it so hard and I was just like if ya’ll don’t kiss already. *eye rolling emoji*

But what we’re not going to ignore about this entire season is how bad ass Eleven is and literally saved everyone’s lives. YOU GO GIRL! She left town, found her mother, started to hang out with her “sister” and still came back to the town being a hot mess and worse than when she left it.

And can I add, the dance at the end was a very nice touch. I’m trying to figure out which character I connected more to in the last scene. Though middle school was a times away, I’m pretty sure I was Dustin.

So…writers, when can we expect Season 3? I’m hooked.
