Every week there’s something new that I’m obsessed with and the latest is The Read podcast. And like everything else, I’m late…about 5 years late. But let me tell you…I am catching up quick. Every chance I get, I’m tuned in because it’s THAT good.
Work has become more bearable because of these two funny, entertaining hosts, Crissle and Kid Fury. Somehow I just breeze through 5 episodes without even realizing it. They give no f**ks and let it be known every episode and that’s what keeps me coming back. They don’t worry about being politically correct, speaking too loud or saying too much. Their perspective and personality is so refreshing because they’re unapologetically themselves.
From discussing hot topics revolving around pop culture, celebrities, current events and the current state of politics, I get a good laugh and some anger out while listening to these two talk for 2 hours. I’m still shocked on how Crissle and Kid Fury can turn only 3 segments in to a 2 hour show. And yes I do live for the listener letters.
